The school culture is one in which the highest expectations surround all pupils, delivering on families’ demand for excellent educational opportunities.

Pupils are expected to work very hard to meet the high expectations that the school and parents have of them. The aim is that pupils who come to Elstow School break through any barriers and achieve their full potential.

The school’s work is subject to “the Sophie test” – named after the daughter of the founder of Advantage Schools -which means, simply, “if it isn’t good enough for our own children, it isn’t good enough.”
